Legal & Fiscal Domicile
A real Argentine address for your company. No office required.
We register a verified street address as your company’s legal and fiscal domicile, receive everything ARCA/AFIP, IGJ and couriers send you, and put it in front of you the same day — wherever in the world you are.
Why it matters
Every company needs a legal address. Not every founder needs a lease.
An Argentine SAS, SRL or SA must list a real domicile with ARCA/AFIP and IGJ from day one — and keep it current for every notification that follows. For a founder managing the company from abroad, that’s usually the first real friction point.
Skip the office lease
A registered address doesn’t require a desk, a lock, or a lease you’ll never actually use.
Never miss a notification
ARCA/AFIP and IGJ notices carry deadlines. Missing one because it sat unopened at an old address is an avoidable risk.
Run the company from anywhere
Correspondence arrives, gets scanned, and reaches your inbox — whether you’re in Buenos Aires or not on the continent.

Frequently asked
What founders ask before switching their address
Do I need to already be forming a company with SAXIA to use this?
No. It works as an add-on if you’re forming a company with us, and as a standalone service if your company already exists and you simply need to change its registered domicile.
Is this address accepted for ARCA/AFIP and IGJ filings?
Yes. It’s a verified street address, not a PO box or a mail-forwarding-only facility, so it’s valid as both a domicilio legal and domicilio fiscal.
How fast will I know when something arrives?
You get an email the moment mail is logged, and a scanned copy in your account within 24 hours — sooner for anything time-sensitive like an ARCA/AFIP or IGJ notification.
Can you forward physical mail to me?
Yes, on request. You choose per item whether to have it forwarded, held, or simply keep the digital scan.
What happens to packages if I’m not in Argentina?
We sign for them and hold them securely at the address until you tell us whether to forward, hold, or arrange pickup.
Can I move my company’s registered address to this one later?
Yes. We file the change of domicile with IGJ and ARCA/AFIP on your behalf, so the transition doesn’t create a gap in your compliance record.
Do I also need a legal representative?
They’re related but separate. A registered address is where notifications legally land; a legal representative (Apoderado) is who can actually sign for the company — opening a bank account, filing with ARCA/AFIP, or responding to something that arrives at this address.
Give your company an address that works as hard as you do.
Set it up in one conversation — whether you’re forming a new company or updating one that already exists.
